I recently chose you for drop box service at a project located in Portland on 170th Ave. In my business I meet many people and see many different ways that companies and their employees conduct business. I feel that lack of imagination, and unwillingness to REALLY try to think is what plagues our customer service world. I had a messed up schedule from the beginning on this part of the project, and needed some "imagination". As I was a first time customer, I knew you had no loyalties to me.
